 Abstract Let us illustrate the idea of dynamic tessellations by transforming a hexagon tile in a tessellation tile of a new shape. We construct the regular hexagon ABCDEF as a partial case of the polygon tool, select a point G on its sideAB and point M from its inside.We will transform the hexagon by cutting out the triangle GBM and gluing it to a neighboring side, e.g. BC (Fig.1). We are using BC with the idea of making the common vertex B as a center of rotation.
