Abstract The method of move-reasoning can be used, taking these considerations into account, when preparing students for complex decision making in dilemmas like genetic testing. Move-reasoning can make students aware of the emotional, intuitive, and rational considerations that are involved in decision making. Moreover, they learn to critically consider these considerations.
